Step 2: Open the downloaded module. When prompted, click run. This will open a module that allows our connection to your computer. It will provide you with a unique ID and a password. Have the unique ID and password ready to provide to your Outsourcethis support team member.
Step 3: Call us at 844-844-3447, provide us with your credentials. We’ll be able to remote into your computer and provide hands on assistance.
